Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropDesk — including our website at propdesk.pk, the web application at app.propdesk.pk, or any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using PropDesk on behalf of a business or agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use PropDesk.

About PropDesk

PropDesk is a WhatsApp-powered CRM platform for real estate agents and agencies in Pakistan. It is a product of:

The Service

PropDesk provides the following features, which vary by subscription plan:

• WhatsApp chatbot for automated lead qualification
• Lead and contact management (CRM)
• Property listing and management
• Sales pipeline (Kanban board)
• Follow-up reminders and task management
• WhatsApp broadcast messaging (agency plans)
• Buyer-seller matching
• Team and agent management (agency plans)
• Analytics and performance reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

Accounts & Access

To use PropDesk you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@propdesk.pk

Each subscription is for one agency or individual as specified by the plan. Sharing accounts across multiple organisations is not permitted.

WhatsApp & Meta Integration

PropDesk integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. By connecting your WhatsApp Business number to PropDesk, you also agree to:

You must not use PropDesk to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's policies. Violation may result in your WhatsApp number being banned by Meta and your PropDesk account being suspended.

Subscriptions & Payment

PropDesk is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans priced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All prices are listed at propdesk.pk.

• Subscriptions are activated upon receipt of payment confirmation by PropDesk
• Payments are processed manually — you will be notified once your account is activated
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused features
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial upon signing up. During the trial:

• Full access to features is provided based on the trial plan
• No payment is required to start the trial
• At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a subscription is purchased
• One free trial per person or agency — creating multiple accounts to extend a trial is not permitted

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into PropDesk, including lead information, property details, and conversation records.

By using PropDesk, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your lead data for advertising
• Upon account termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days
• After 30 days post-termination, data may be permanently deleted

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PropDesk to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages without proper consent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in Pakistan or elsewhere
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Resell or sublicense access to PropDesk without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

PropDesk, its logo, design, software, and all related content are the intellectual property of PROPDESK TECHNOLOGY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of PropDesk without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

PropDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss of leads, data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of PropDesk
• We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Meta, Supabase, Vercel, etc.)
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• You: Cancel your subscription from your account settings or by emailing hello@propdesk.pk. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse — with or without notice depending on severity.

Upon termination, your right to access PropDesk ceases. Data retention terms are described in Section 08.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users via email.

Your continued use of PropDesk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
